From one ad to one withdrawal
Every step, including the parts most services leave out.
An ad starts and the clock is the server’s
When you press play, Centhead’s server opens a session and starts its own timer. The ad plays in full. While it plays your browser sends a small heartbeat that says whether the tab is visible. If you switch away, the ad pauses and that time does not count.
Once during the ad you are asked to confirm you are present. That is the check that makes a view worth something to an advertiser, and it is why truly idle earning does not exist.
A view counts only if it can be proven
The server checks that the whole ad has elapsed, that your tab was visible for at least 85% of it, and that you passed the presence check. Anything the browser claims on its own is ignored. For live ads, money is created only when the ad network confirms the payout to our server with a signed message, never because a browser said so.
One receipt, three parties
The confirmed amount is split into Centhead’s flat 1%, the percentage chosen by the app you used (if any, 0% to 99%), and yours. You get the remainder, including any rounding. The three parts always add up to the amount the advertiser paid, and you see all of them.
Pending, then available
Ad earnings stay pending for 45 seconds; offer and survey earnings for 60 seconds. Networks sometimes reverse payouts when they find invalid traffic. Holding first means a reversal is settled before the money is withdrawable, and it never turns into a debt.
Through Stripe, to your own bank
The first time, Stripe verifies who you are and collects your bank details and tax information. After that you withdraw whenever your available balance reaches the minimum ($1.00). Large withdrawals get a quick human review. Centhead charges no withdrawal fee; Stripe or your bank may.
